Every Salwa London garment is individually handmade to order. As a small business creating handmade clothing we begin making your unique piece after your order has been placed. Thank you for allowing us the time to give each garment the care and attention it deserves.

How Long Will My Order Take?

The time needed to make each garment is shown on its product page. Most garments take approximately 20–25 days from placing your order to completion, although some take less time and others take longer.

Please check the making time on the relevant product page before ordering. This is the time needed to create your garment; please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.

Keeping You Updated

We will notify you when your garment has been made. You will receive a further notification once your completed order has been processed for delivery.

Please provide a correct email address at checkout and check your junk or spam folder if you are expecting an update.

Dispatch and Delivery

Once your garment is complete, we arrange postage through Post Office Click & Drop. The time your parcel takes to arrive will depend on the postal service used but we aim for a next day delivery.

Your dispatch notification will include any available delivery or tracking details. Please allow for both the making time shown on the product page and the postal delivery time when planning your order.

Ordering for a Special Occasion

If you need your garment for a particular date, please contact us at hello@salwa-london.co.uk before placing your order.

We will let you know whether your required date is achievable, taking into account the time needed to make your garment and arrange delivery.

Your Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address and postcode are complete and correct before confirming your order.

If you notice an error, email hello@salwa-london.co.uk as soon as possible, including your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch.

Delays and Delivery Problems

If there is an unexpected delay in making your garment, we will contact you with an update.

If your parcel has not arrived when expected, or it arrives damaged, please email hello@salwa-london.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem so we can help.
